Portrait Agreement

1. Session & Payment Terms

• The agreed-upon Collection Fee is due in full by the end of the session.
• The Collection Fee is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed; at least 24 hours’ notice is preferred.

2. Image Selection & Editing Process

• Images from the session will be previewed via an online proof gallery where you will select your final images.
• After final selections are submitted, Bradly Bennison Photography will edit the chosen images.
• Upon completion, a final online gallery will be provided with high‑resolution downloads.

3. Print Ordering Options

• Option 1 – Online Ordering: Order directly through the final online gallery’s integrated print shop.
• Option 2 – In‑Office Ordering Session: Schedule a print consultation in our studio to view products in person. All purchasing decision‑makers should attend.

4. Payment for Prints & Products

• Due to the custom nature of portrait products, full payment is required at the time of order.
• All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Orders are released only after payment is received in full.

5. Order Completion Timeline

• Prints: estimated completion within 3 weeks.
• Albums: may require up to an additional 2 weeks.
• Timelines may vary based on product availability and order volume.

6. Image Archiving

• All purchased images will be archived by Bradly Bennison Photography.
• Unordered images may be deleted after 60 days and may no longer be available.

7. Digital Image Usage

• Digital images are subject to Bradly Bennison Photography’s Digital Image Guidelines.
• When posting on social media, please tag and credit Bradly Bennison Photography.

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All images remain the copyrighted property of Bradly Bennison Photography.
• By booking, you grant Bradly Bennison Photography permission to use and publish images from the session for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media.
• You waive any right to inspect, approve, or make claims regarding usage, including (but not limited to) libel or other personal/property rights claims.

9. Liability

• Bradly Bennison Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect final images, including but not limited to: weather, wardrobe choices, personal appearance, or non‑cooperation of subjects.
