I understand and agree to the following terms.

The collection fee is due by the end of the session. The collection fee is nonrefundable. Rescheduling is allowed, preferably with at least a 24-hour notice. 

Images from the session will be previewed via an online gallery provided to you in which you can select your final images. After you have selected your final images, you will send us your final selection so we can edit those chosen images. Once the images have been edited, we will provide a new online gallery from which you can download your final photos. We offer two options for ordering prints. Option 1 is ordering directly from the final online gallery which has a print shop. Option 2 is an in-office print ordering session. With option 2, the in-office ordering session, you will see available print products and can see the prints first hand. Anyone involved with making purchasing decisions should attend this meeting. 

Due to the custom nature of your portrait order, the entire amount is due at the time of your order and all sales are final. No part of any order will be delivered until the entire order is complete and paid in full. 

All purchased images will be archived by Bradly Bennison Photography. Unordered images may no longer be available after 60 days.

Prints, albums, frame orders, and any of our special custom products are finished with great care and attention to detail. All print orders are estimated to be complete within 3 weeks. Albums can take up to an additional 2 weeks.

I understand that digital images are subject to Digital Image Guidelines. Whenever you post images on social media, please tag and give photo credit to Bradly Bennison Photography.

I understand that the copyright of all images remains with Bradly Bennison.

I understand that by hiring Bradly Bennison Photography, I authorize Bradly Bennison to use and publish any and all images from the session. I authorize Bradly Bennison to use any images from the session on his website or social media accounts.  I waive all rights to review or approve any use of the images. I agree not to make any claim against the photographer and those acting under the permission of authority as a result of the photographs including, without limitation, libel, and any other person and or property right.
